Abstract
"MéTODO PARA REPARAR UM ENVOLTóRIO ESTACIONáRIO DE UM MOTOR A TURBINA A GáS UTILIZANDO SOLDA DE DEPOSIçãO A ARCO PLASMA". Um envoltório estacionário (24) de um motor a turbina a gás feito de um metal de base é reparado através de remover qualquer material danificado da região de guia de fluxo (40) do envoltório estacionário (24) para deixar uma superfície de guia de fluxo com metal de base exposto como de inicio (70); e aplicar uma restauração de metal de base (72) recobrindo a superfície de guia de fluxo inicialmente exposta (70). A restauração do metal de base (72) é aplicada fornecendo uma fonte de um material estrutural que seja compatível com o metal de base, e depositando a fonte de material estrutural recobrindo a superfície de guia de fluxo com metal de base exposto inicialmente (70) do envoltório estacionário (24) por solda de deposição a arco plasma para formar uma superfície de guia de fluxo de metal de base reparada (76). Uma cobertura de contato resistente ao ambiente (78) pode ser aplicada para recobrir a restauração do material de base (72).
