It consists of a combination of additives and condiments embodied in a product line called "Total Max" that is intended for application in various built-in refrigerators, such as smoked sausage, bologna, ham, injected chicken, hamburger and others, and its Basic presentation is as follows: Healing Salts + Total Max (Salt, Antioxidant, Polyphostats, Dextrin, Spices and Flavorings), Vegetable, Animal, Dairy and Carrageenan Proteins, and Cassava Salt + Starch.
