"PROCESSO PARA PRODUçãO DE áLCOOL ANIDRO". A partir de um fluxo principal de vinho de cana de açúcar apresentando cerca de 7<198>GL de etanol e a ser submetido a etapas de destilação e de desidratação. De acordo com a invenção, o processo compreende as etapas de: retirar de um fluxo principal de vinho (VR~ 1~), um fluxo secundário de vinho (VR~ 2 ~); destilar o fluxo secundário de vinho (VR~ 2~) separadamente do fluxo principal de vinho (VR~ 1~), de modo a produzir um flegma condensado (FC), apresentando cerca de 45<198>GL de etanol; retornar o fluxo de flegma condensado (FC) ao fluxo principal de vinho (VR~ 2~) e destilar simultaneamente os ditos fluxos de flegma condensado (FC) com o fluxo principal de vinho (VR~ 1~), de modo a produzir um fluxo de álcool hidratado (AH) com cerca de 96<198>GL de etanol e a uma taxa de refluxo de destilação de cerca de 3:1; e desidratar o fluxo de álcool hidratado (AH) em uma coluna de desidratação (7) por meio do calor de condensação de um fluxo de flegma vapor (FV) oriundo da destilação do fluxo secundário de vinho (VR~ 2~)."PROCESS FOR PRODUCTION OF ANhydrous ALCOHOL".
