Abstract

"SISTEMA CENTRALIZADO DE CONTROLE E BLOQUEIO DE TELEFONES, GATEWAY E MéTODO DE CONTROLE E BLOQUEIO DE TELEFONES". Descreve-se um sistema centralizado de controle e bloqueio de telefones que implementa um sistema antiburla (sistema de bloqueio contra fraudes) para Telefone de Uso Público (TUP). O sistema implementa a antiburla de telefones públicos conectados à central local ou pública da rede de telecomunicações de qualquer tecnologia (analógica ou digital) e de qualquer porte (grande, médio ou pequeno) de maneira concentrada em uma plataforma antiburla designada doravante de 'TP Gateway'. O 'Sistema Anti-Tapping', de maneira centralizada atribui, controla e envia a tarifação desse tipo do Telefone Público. Descreve-se ainda, um gateway (30) particularmente utilizado em um sistema de controle e bloqueio de telefones, compreendendo: (i) uma unidade de coordenação e controle central (1) sendo associada a uma unidade de controle de tarifação (3) e uma interface de troca de sinalização com a rede pública (2) de modo a controlar chamadas e operações; e (ii) uma unidade de reconhecimento e análise de sinais de antiburla (7) disposta na unidade de controle de tarifação (3), a unidade de reconhecimento e análise de sinais de antiburla (7) sendo capaz de receber e analisar sinais de antiburla provenientes dos telefones. é também descrito um método de controle e bloqueio de telefones, compreendendo as seguintes etapas: (a) acesso de um telefone (10) a uma central de origem (20); (b) conexão da central de origem (20) com um gateway (30); (c) interconexão do gateway (30) com uma central de destino (d) associação da central de destino (11) com um assinante (15).
