Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA OBTENçãO DE ARTIGOS VìTREOS E VITROCERâMICOS E ARTIGOS VìTREOS E VITROCERâMICOS ASSIM OBTIDOS". é descrito um processo para obtenção de artigos vítreos e vitrocerâmicos a partir do sistema soda-cal-sílica (NCS) que compreende preparar fritas por fusão do sistema NCS entre 1300<198>C e 1600<198>C, moer na granulometria adequada para o material final <243> 15 mm, compactar e sinterizar entre 720<198>C e 11OO<198>C privilegiando fluxo viscoso antes da ocorrência limitante da cristalização superficial para obtenção de densificação máxima ou alternativamente interrompendo a sinterização para obter artigos de alta porosidade, os parâmetros de processo sendo otimizados com auxílio de modelo matemático e algoritmo que permitem atingir porosidade e cristalinidade adequadas para o produto final. São também descritos os artigos vítreos e vitrocerâmicos obtidos pelo processo da invenção."PROCESS FOR OBTAINING GLASS AND VITROCERAMIC ARTICLES AND GLASS AND VITROCERAMIC ARTICLES THEREOF". A process for obtaining glassy and vitroceramic articles from the soda-lime-silica (NCS) system is described which comprises preparing NCS melting frits between 1300 <198> C and 1600 <198> C, grinding to the appropriate particle size. the final material <243> 15 mm, compact and sinter between 720 <198> C and 11OO <198> C favoring viscous flow before limiting surface crystallization to obtain maximum densification or alternatively interrupting sintering to obtain high porosity articles , the process parameters being optimized with the aid of a mathematical model and algorithm that allow to achieve adequate porosity and crystallinity for the final product. Also described are glassy and glass ceramic articles obtained by the process of the invention.
