"ESTRUTURA DE JUNçãO PARA TUBOS DE DESCARGA DE REFRIGERANTE, UTILIZADOS EM COMPRESSORES HERMéTICOS". Uma estrutura de junção para um tubo de descarga de refrigerante de um compressor recíproco, hermético, apresentando um membro de conexão ajustado em torno do tubo de descarga de refrigerante, o membro de conexão apresentando um formato correspondente a um orifício de conexão em um bloco de cilindro, com isso permitindo que o membro de conexão seja calafetado por pressão. O tubo de descarga de refrigerante fica diretamente conectado ao bloco de cilindro. O orifício de conexão apresenta múltiplas camadas e pode ser constituído em pelo menos duas etapas. O membro de conexão é previamente montado no orifício de conexão, através de ajuste de transição. The refrigerant discharge tube is directly connected to the cylinder block. The connecting hole has multiple layers and can consist of at least two steps. The connection member is pre-mounted in the connection hole by transition adjustment. Accordingly, as the connection member is snap-fitted to the connection hole by means of a caulking guide, the connection member is expanded, and the connection member is more securely fitted to the connection hole. In addition, a thread portion having a pitch in the range of 2 to 5 threads forms on the inner circumference of the connection hole. As a result, the expanded connection member penetrates the threaded portion, narrowing the connection between the connection member and the connection hole. Since the refrigerant discharge pipe is directly connected to the cylinder block, the structure is simplified while the number of assembly steps is reduced. As a result, productivity increases and manufacturing costs decrease. In addition, since the connecting member is fitted into the connection hole by pressure caulking rather than metal welding, increased durability is ensured and breakage of the refrigerant discharge pipe is prevented.
