Abstract

"MODELO TRIDIMENSIONAL PARA REPRESENTAR ESTRUTURA OU PARTE DE ESTRUTURA PROTéICA E KIT". A presente invenção refere-se a componentes modulares para serem usados na construção de modelos moleculares representando estruturas protéicas. Mais especificamente, a invenção revela componentes que simbolizam regiões da proteína que não formam elementos de estrutura secundária e partes de elementos da estrutura secundária bem como suas conexões, para a construção de modelos representativos do enovelamento de qualquer estrutura protéica, ou ainda, modelos proporcionais ao tamanho real por meio da determinação de uma escala. Ditos modelos são úteis para finalidades pedagógicas e a visualização de estruturas protéicas em trabalhos de pesquisa na área.
