Abstract
"DISPOSITIVO ANTI-CHIO E DISSIPADOR DE CALOR E SEU PROCESSO DE PREPARAçãO". Refere-se a presente invenção a um dispositivo anti-chio e dissipador de calor, compreendendo uma peça de tecido à base de poliéster na forma da pastilha a ser aplicada, referido tecido à base de poliéster sendo impregnado com uma solução consistindo de cerca de 5 ml de resina sintética, cerca de 15 ml de resina alquídica, cerca de 5 ml de resina esterificada, cerca de 15 gramas de pó de alumínio, cerca de 15 gramas de pó de grafite, cerca de 5 ml de pigmentos orgânicos, cerca de 25 ml de solventes aromáticos, cerca de 10 ml de corantes e cerca de 5 ml de aditivos. AInda, de acordo com a presente invenção, é provido um processo de preparação do dispositivo anti-chio e dissipador de calor, compreendendo imersão da referida peça de tecido à base de poliéster em uma solução consistindo de cerca de 5 ml de resina sintética, cerca de 15 ml de resina alquídica, cerca de 5 ml de resina esterificada, cerca de 15 gramas de pó de alumínio, cerca de 15 gramas de pó de grafite, cerca de 5 ml de pigmentos orgânicos, cerca de 25 ml de solventes aromáticos, cerca de 10 ml de corantes e cerca de 5 ml de aditivos; e secagem da referida peça de tecido à base de poliéster impregnada com referida solução."ANTI-CHIO DEVICE AND HEAT SINK AND ITS PREPARATION PROCESS". The present invention relates to a heat sink and anti-heat device comprising a piece of polyester-based fabric in the shape of the tablet to be applied, said polyester-based fabric being impregnated with a solution consisting of about 5 ml synthetic resin, about 15 ml alkyd resin, about 5 ml esterified resin, about 15 grams of aluminum powder, about 15 grams of graphite powder, about 5 ml of organic pigments, about 25 ml of aromatic solvents, about 10 ml of dyes and about 5 ml of additives. Also, in accordance with the present invention, there is provided a process of preparing the anti-shock and heat sink device comprising dipping said polyester-based fabric piece into a solution consisting of about 5 ml of synthetic resin, about 15 ml of alkyd resin, about 5 ml of esterified resin, about 15 grams of aluminum powder, about 15 grams of graphite powder, about 5 ml of organic pigments, about 25 ml of aromatic solvents, about 10 ml dyes and about 5 ml additives; and drying said polyester-based piece of fabric impregnated with said solution.
