Abstract
"UNIDADE SEPARADORA DE GORDURA APLICADA A TRATAMENTO DE ESGOTOS SANITáRIOS". Do tipo utilizada como equipamento de remoção e limpeza de gorduras (G) e demais materiais equivalentes das caixas de gordura que invariavelmente permanecem flutuantes nas mesmas e são causa de obstruções e entupimentos que podem colocar o sistema de tratamento de esgoto em colapso; a unidade separadora de gorduras (1) é constituída por um reservatório (2) com tampa superior (3), provido de pelo menos um duto de entrada (4) de afluentes (af) e pelo menos um duto de saída (5) de efluentes (ef), sendo que dito reservatório é dotado, de modo acoplado próximo à borda superior, de um outro reservatório (6) ou box de operação, de menor dimensão que o primeiro citado, o qual é adequadamente fechado por tampa (7) e provido, internamente de pelo menos um recipiente (8) de dimensões compatíveis ao mesmo, revestido internamente por um saco ou invólucro (9) descartável; no interior do dito reservatório (6) são posicionadas duas válvulas de operação, sendo uma válvula (10) instalada no duto de saída (5) dos efluentes (ef) e outra válvula (11) destinada a permitir o escoamento da gordura (G), óleos e graxas acumuladas na superfície do conteúdo líquido (L) do reservatório (2)."FAT SEPARATOR UNIT APPLIED TO TREATMENT OF SANITARY WASTE".
