Abstract
"ACOPLAMENTO ENTRE COPO E CORPO DE LIQUIDIFICADOR, PROCESSADOR DE ALIMENTOS E SIMILARES". A presente invenção se refere a um acoplamento para eletrodomésticos como liquidificador, processador de alimentos e similares, para conectar o eixo do motor ao eixo impulsionador de partes ativas, como facas, agitadores, entre outros, capaz de absorver desalinhamentos, excentricidades e erros de forma dos componentes do sistema, por meio de uma cápsula flutuante (1), internamente à qual é acoplada uma peça de transmissão de movimento (2), fixada ao eixo movido (3) do aparelho eletrodoméstico. Dita peça de transmissão (2) é munida de braços flexíveis (7), cuja flexão permite à cápsula (1) liberdade de movimento axial e radial em relação ao eixo movido (3) no momento de engate entre acoplamento movido e acoplamento motor (13). A superfície externa (21) da cápsula (1) possui geometria coincidente com a geometria da superfície de contato (20) do acoplamento motor (13), de modo a permitir um acoplamento preciso e eficiente entre a cápsula (1) do conjunto acoplamento movido e o acoplamento motor (13).
