Abstract

"MéTODO PARA DETERMINAR A POSIçãO DO RECEPTOR E/OU O TEMPO EXATO DO SISTEMA EM UM SISTEMA DE POSICIONAMENTO, RECEPTOR, DISPOSITIVO ELETRôNICO, E, SISTEMA DE POSICIONAMENTO". A invenção relaciona a um método para determinar a posição do receptor e/ou o tempo exato do sistema em um sistema de posicionamento. O receptor recebe e rastreia os sinais modulados por código transmitidos pelas balizas do sistema de posicionamento e compreendendo uma regularidade conhecida. De forma a habilitar um posicionamento melhorado, é proposto que o método compreenda estabelecer uma grade que cobre a área (20) de terra, que é visível por uma pluralidade de balizas, das quais o receptor recebe e rastreia os sinais modulados por código em uma instância de tempo de referência específica. O método também compreende determinar a posição do receptor e/ou o tempo do sistema baseados nas fases de código medidas dos sinais modulados por código recebidos e rastreados pelo receptor, nos dados de assistência disponíveis e em ao menos um dos pontos de interseção da grade como a localização de referência. A invenção relaciona igualmente aos dispositivos correspondentes e ao sistema de posicionamento correspondente.
