Abstract
"MéTODO PARA IDENTIFICAR INCRUSTAçõES SOBRE A SUPERFìCIE DE UMA PASSAGEM ATRAVéS DA QUAL UM FLUIDO é PASSANTE". Um método para identificar incrustações sobre uma superfície de uma passagem através da qual um fluido é passante é proporcionado. O método inclui as etapas seguintes. A method for identifying fouling on a surface of a passageway through which a fluid is passing is provided. The method includes the following steps. The first, second, and third values are determined. The first, second and third values are related to fluid attenuation for the first, second, and third energy levels respectively at which energy is emitted through the fluid. the first and second fluid relationships r1f and r2f between the first and second values and between the second and third values, respectively, are determined. For a plurality of incrustations, theoretical values related to attenuation of each incrustation of said plurality of incrustations for said first, second, and third energy levels are determined. For each fouling of the plurality of foules a first ratio r1s between said first and second fouling values and a second ratio r2f between said second and third fouling values is determined. Increments are identified based on the comparison between (r1f, r2f) and (r1s, r2s).
