Abstract

"SISTEMA DE PROTEçãO DE OBRA DIGITAL, APARELHO DE GERENCIAMENTO DE CHAVE, E APARELHO DO USUáRIO". A invenção refere-se a um sistema composto de um aparelho de gravação que grava um conteúdo digitalizado tal como um filme, ou um aparelho de reprodução que reproduz o conteúdo digitalizado, e um meio de gravação, em que uma chave de meio para utilização na gravação ou na reprodução é criptografada por uma pluralidade de chaves de dispositivo e gravada no meio de gravação. Aqui, o aparelho de gravação ou o aparelho de reprodução especifica a chave de meio criptografada que é para decifrar, de entre a pluralidade de chaves de meio criptografadas. Um aparelho de gerenciamento de chave grava os padrões de revogação de nodo designados aos nodos em uma estrutura em árvore para o meio de gravação em uma ordem particular, como informações de cabeçalho ou informações de chave, juntamente com as chaves de meio criptografadas. O aparelho de gravação ou o aparelho de reprodução especifica a chave de meio criptografada a ser decifrada, analisando os padrões de revogação de nodo seq³encialmente.
