Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA O TRATAMENTO ANAERóBICO DE REFUGOS ORGâNICOS FLUIDOS E NãO FLUIDOS". Processo e aparelho para tratamento anaeróbico de refugos orgânicos em um recipiente cheio de líquido (10), em que partículas do refugo bóiam e formam um leito flutuante no líquido pelos gases gerados pela digestão anaeróbica dos refugos. O leito forma um estrato superior de refugo menos digerido e menos denso e um estrado inferior de refugo mais digerido e mais denso. O líquido de sob o leito é continuamente pulverizado sobre a superfície superior do leito através de uma série de orifícios de descarga (40A, 40B, 40C), que expande o leito para baixo. Cada período de pulverização é seguido por um período quiescente para permitir que o leito se reforme. Com o tempo, o leito flutuante é deslocado de uma extremidade de entrada para uma extremidade de saída do recipiente (10), de onde se remove o refugo mais digerido.
