"TRANSMISSãO MULTIMìDIA, SERVIçOS DE TRANSMISSãO PARA TELEFONE CELULAR E OUTROS USUáRIOS E CARTãO SIM MODIFICADO E DISPOSITIVOS AFINS PARA PERMITIR TAL RECEPçãO DE TRANSMISSãO". As modalidades preferidas permitem que usuários de telefones celulares conectem um cartão SIM (34) inédito e recebam uma transmissão multimídia de sua escolha, televisão, chamadas de transmissão de celebridades, jornais, jogos, vídeo e semelhantes, sem inicialização com o provedor de serviços.
