Abstract

"CONDUTO TUBULAR FLEXìVEL". Este conduto tubular flexível compreende, do interior para o exterior, pelo menos uma bainha de estanqueidade interna (1) em material polimérico, um arco de pressão cilíndrico (2) apresentando uma face externa (19<39>) e uma face interna (19) disposta acima da bainha interna (1), sendo que o arco (2) é constituido do enrolamento helicoidal, com passo curto e com descontiguidade entre espiras, de um fio metálico perfilado (3) intertravado, pelo menos uma lona (3, 4) de armaduras de tração enroladas, com passo longo, e uma bainha de proteção e de estanqueidade externa em polímero; o fio de intertravamento tem a mesma altura que o fio perfilado e intertrava-se acima da fibra neutra do fio, e sendo que a relação das seções do fio perfilado e do fio de intertravamento está compreendida entre 1 e 2, sendo que a relação das inércias Iyy do fio perfilado para o fio de intertravamento está compreendida entre 1 e 2.
