Abstract
"MéTODO E EQUIPAMENTO PARA TRANSMISSãO FORA-DE-BANDA DE OPçãO DE SERVIçO DE BROADCAST EM UM SISTEMA DE COMUNICAçãO SEM FIO". Método e equipamento para prover informações de overhead para um serviço de broadcast em um sistema de comunicação sem fio através de uma transmissão fora de banda. A estação móvel é capaz de contatar o servidor de conteúdo diretamente usando a sinalização fora de banda através de uma opção de serviço de dados em pacotes. A comunicação fora de banda permite que o servidor de conteúdo atualize as informações sem transmissão através de um elemento de infra-estrutura intermediário. Em uma modalidade, as informações de overhead incluem um número de opção de serviço que corresponde a um conjunto de parâmetros de broadcast, tais como aqueles que identificam uma pilha de protocolo para processar conteúdo de broadcast.
