A invenção fornece a seq³ência gênica de comprimento inteiro dos genes inovadores, suas seq³ências de DNAc, bem como a proteína funcional de comprimento inteiro e seus fragmentos. A invenção refere-se também a métodos para usar estas enzimas em processos industriais e métodos para diagnosticar infecções fúngicas. A invenção inclui também células transformadas com DNA, de acordo com a invenção, e células nas quais uma protease de acordo com a invenção é geneticamente modificada para intensificar ou reduzir sua atividade e/ou nível de expressão."INNOVATIVE GENES ENCODING INNOVATIVE PROTEOLTIC ENZYMS".
