A presente invenção relaciona-se a um sistema (10) em que um aparelho telefónico (16) é capaz de utilizar dispositivos de acesso ou aparelhos (12) e uma rede como a Internet (80) para acessar estruturas multimídia que consistem, por exemplo, de mensagens de resposta automática ou de mensagens que podem ser interpretadas por um dispositivo de síntese de fala, as estruturas sendo armazenadas em um dispositivo de armazenamento (15). A invenção também relaciona-se ao método para implementar o sistema (10) e ao equipamento de geração (14) capaz de produzir as estruturas multimídia a serem instanciadas por meio do aparelho telefónico (16) e do dispositivo de acesso (12).
