Abstract

"BRAçADEIRAS PARA MANGUEIRA DOTADAS DE SUPERFìCIES DE PREENSãO DESPROVIDAS DE ESPAçO". A presente invenção refere-se a um método de fabricação de braçadeira de um tipo e braçadeiras produzidas pelo referido método com uma composição (51, 52, 60; 260, 252) que garante superfícies de preensão internas desprovidas de espaço e de degraus que incluem uma configuração fêmea e macho (51, 52: 252) na extremidade da porção de face de aperto interna (11b, 211b) e uma configuração macho e fêmea (60, 260) na porção de face de aperto externa, onde o perfil na porção de face externa é constituído por um canal de estampagem profunda (60, 260) dotado de uma dimensão em ângulo reto com relação à superfície da face de aperto que corresponde substancialmente à espessura da face de aperto, e funde (67, 267) qualquer parte (61, 261) da face de aperto externa que permanece substancialmente com a posição na afetada pela operação de estampagem profunda do canal, em um plano internamente deslocado pela referida operação de estampagem profunda.
