Abstract

"APERFEIçOAMENTO EM SERINGA DESCARTáVEL COM MEIOS CONTRA A REUTILIZAçãO". A presente invenção refere-se ao aperfeiçoamento desenvolvido em seringa descartável, executada totalmente em material plástico e dotada de um mecanismo interno de segurança, que impede a sua reutilização após o primeiro uso. A seringa compreende um corpo (1), em cujo interior é montado um êmbolo (2), acionado por uma haste (3) com um manípulo (31) na extremidade livre. Na extremidade frontal do corpo (1) há um bico (11) onde é montada por meios adequados uma agulha convencional. O êmbolo (2) é dotado de uma cabeça revestida com material de vedação, que é interligada em um tarugo (21). Preferencialmente, o êmbolo (2) rotaciona livremente no tarugo (21), através de um eixo central (22). A haste (3) é independente do êmbolo (2) e possui a forma tubular, em cuja extremidade é encaixado o tarugo (21). O tarugo (21) possui um pino lateral (23) que se encaixa em uma fenda em ziguezague (32), executada na parede da extremidade interna da haste (3). Na medida em que são executados os movimentos de avanço e recuo do êmbolo (2) no interior do corpo da seringa (1), de acordo com o procedimento médico recomendado, o pino do tarugo (23) vai deslizando no interior da fenda do êmbolo (32) até que escape pela abertura da fenda (33). Nesse instante, o êmbolo (2) fica livre da haste (3), não sendo mais possível a sua ligação. Mesmo que o usuário tente fazer os movimentos inversos, o tarugo (21), por ser giratório, não permitirá esse movimento. Caso seja tracionada a haste (3) o êmbolo (2) permanecerá imóvel no fundo do corpo da seringa (1), não permitindo a aspiração de nova quantidade de líquido.
