Abstract
"ARTIGO REVESTIDO COM BASE DE COBERTURA POLIMéRICA POSSUINDO A APARêNCIA DE AçO INOXIDáVEL". Um artigo é revestido com um revestimento em multicamadas protetor e decorativo possuindo a aparência de aço inoxidável (Figura 4). O revestimento compreende uma camada polimérica sobre a superfície do referido artigo e depositado por vapor sobre a camada polimérica uma camada de empilhamento contendo camadas de metal refratário ou de liga de metais refratários se alternando com as camadas contendo os produtos de reação do metal refratário ou da liga de metais refratários, nitrogênio e oxigênio onde o teor total de nitrogênio e de oxigênio desses produtos de reação é de a partir de cerca de 4 até cerca de 32 por cento atómico, com o teor de nitrogênio sendo de pelo menos cerca de 3 por cento atómico.
