Abstract

"PROCESSO DE SEPARAçãO DE CAMADAS EM EMBALAGENS LAMINADAS". The present patent relates to an unprecedented process for separating layers of plastic, paper and aluminum in used laminated packaging, the obvious purpose being to separate plastic, paper and aluminum that are incorporated in the packaging itself. This process innovates by giving industrial scale to the separation of all layers (plastic, paper and aluminum) from laminated packaging, making it possible to turn these components into raw material again. This process solves the problem of applying a chemical solution on an industrial scale and optimizes it for operating costs. This enables landfills and garbage dumps to have a longer shelf life, as these packages represent a significant volume, reducing the environmental impact. Presents an alternative to encourage the separation of noble materials (plastic and aluminum) from packaging that is not currently sorted as recyclable waste or in selective collection programs. making it a viable option for small communities and cities.
