Abstract
"APERFEIçOAMENTO EM NúCLEO ABSORVENTE PARA FRALDAS DESCARTáVEIS, PROCESSO E MáQUINA PARA SUA FABRICAçãO". Do tipo formado por flocos de celulose (11) devidamente compactados formando uma manta que, por sua vez, apresenta a parte superior e a inferior com um ou mais revestimentos (4-6) ou, ainda, sem nenhum revestimento, porém, independentemente de tais aspectos, o dito núcleo apresenta uma pluralidade de grânulos de gel absorvente (16) concentrados em pontos distintos (30) e estrategicamente distribuídos ao longo de toda extensão da dita manta de flocos (11), onde cada ponto mantém uma certa distância com os pontos adjacentes, como também cada ponto concentra uma certa quantidade de grânulos, quantidade esta disposta na parte mediana da espessura (E) da camada de flocos (11), onde cada ponto de gel absorvente (16) é compactado pelo menos no lado superior do núcleo (2), formando uma cavidade (31), sendo que, ainda, uma outra característica do aperfeiçoamento em questão é o fato de que os revestimentos (4), superior e inferior, apresentam as suas faces internas com uma fina camada de grânulos de gel absorvente (16), os quais são previamente aplicados nas ditas faces internas utilizando-se um componente adesivo ou cola qualquer, de modo que os mesmos possam ficar situados nas superfícies superior e inferior da manta de flocos (11).
