Abstract

"PROCESSO DE FABRICAçãO DE UMA ESTRUTURA DE MOLDURA, ESTRUTURA DE MOLDURA E TUBO PARA ESTRUTURA DE MOLDURA". A presente invenção refere-se a processo de fabricação de uma estrutura de moldura (4) e a uma estrutura que compreende um tubo (1) possuindo pelo menos uma parede plana (2) com uma borda protuberante (3) voltada para fora do tubo (1). A parede plana (2) e a borda (3) sendo integrais e substancialmente perpendiculares entre si, bem como contínuos ao longo do tubo (1). O tubo (1) possuindo pelo menos uma dobra (5), onde há um chanfro (5) transversalmente disposto a partir de uma extremidade oposta à borda (3) e estendendo-se até a borda (3) sem secioná-la, de modo a preservar a continuidade da borda (3) e poder apoiar um perfil a ser moldurado. A estrutura de moldura (4) da presente invenção é formada através de um processo de fabricação que compreende as etapas de: conformar um tubo (1), formando uma parede plana (2) com uma borda (3) voltada para fora; chanfrar uma porção transversal do tubo (1) para formar pelo menos uma abertura em "V" (5); sendo que esta abertura estende-se até a borda (3), não secionando a borda (3); e dobrar o tubo (1) na referida abertura em "V" (5), de modo a preservar a continuidade da borda (3)."MANUFACTURING PROCESS OF A FRAME FRAME, FRAME FRAME AND FRAME FRAME". The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a frame structure (4) and a structure comprising a tube (1) having at least one flat wall (2) with a protruding edge (3) facing away from the tube.
