Abstract

"TROCADOR DE CALOR DE PLáSTICO". Um trocador de calor (10), que compreende uma,pluralidade de tubos plásticos (12), dispostos em uma série de fileiras mutuamente paralelas e um par de placas coletoras plásticas (14) ligadas às respectivas extreMidades dos referidos tubos (12). Cada placa coletora (14) é,formada por uma pluralidade de elementos terminais (2.2), cada um dos quais,tendo pelo menos um conjunto de sedes, semicirculares (24 e 26),adequadas para o recebimento das extremidades de uma fileira de tubos (12). As referidas sedes semicirculares (24 e 26) de cada elemento terminal (22) são separadas umas das outras por meio de, porções de ligação (28 e 30), adequadas para ,soldagem às porções de ligação correspondentes de um elemento terminal complementar, ao longo de um plano de soldagem (34). As porções de ligação (28) do primeiro elemento terminal (22') têm superfícies de topo (36) que são dispostas para trás em relação ao referido plano de soldagem (34), enquanto as porções de ligação (30) do segundo elemento terminal (22"), destinadas a serem ligadas ao primeiro elemento terminal (22'), têm porções de soldagem (38), que se projetam através do referido plano de soldagem (34). A relação (R) entre o volume das referidas porções de soldagem (38) e o volume entre as referidas porções de topo (36) e o referido plano de soldagem (34) está na faixa de 0,8 a 1,3.
