Abstract

"PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO PARA A RETIRADA DE áGUA DE UMA TIRA DE MATERIAL FIBROSO, TIRA DE CELULOSE OU TIRA DE PAPEL". A invenção refere-se a um processo para a retirada de água de uma tira de material fibroso, tira de celulose ou tira de papel 2, sendo que em uma primeira zona 13 ocorre uma drenagem, sendo que a tira de material fibroso, tira de celulose ou tira de papel 2, corre, por exemplo, entre dois filtros 1,3 em uma máquina de drenagem 10 e, de forma vantajosa, é drenado em uma zona em cunha 13, isto é, em uma área na qual as duas tiras 1,3 correm uma em relação à outra em forma de cunha. Ela é caracterizada principalmente pelo fato de que, no fim da primeira zona de drenagem 13 ou, logo em seguida, a água é aspirada por um vácuo proveniente de, pelo menos, um filtro 1,3, sendo que através da corrente de ar que surge no filtro 1,3, a água é conduzida para a câmara interna 4 de uma caixa de aspiração 5. Além disso, a invenção refere-se a um dispositivo para a realização do processo.
