Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA PREPARAçãO DE BARRA DE DETERGENTE, BARRA DE LIMPEZA E USO DE UM MATERIAL ALCALINO". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para preparação de barras de sabão/detergente de baixa densidade para lavagem pessoal/lavagem de tecidos ou para a limpeza de superfícies duras. Um ou mais precursores de detergente ativo reage(m) com um material alcalino que possui razão elementar entre boro e alumínio (B:Al) na faixa de 1:0 a 1:21, em que o material alcalino que contém boro é preferencialmente metaborato de sódio com teor de sólidos de 20 a 60% e o material alcalino que contém alumínio é preferencialmente aluminato de sódio com teor de sólidos de 20 a 55%. A razão entre Al~ 2~O~ 3~ e Na~ 2~O é idealmente de 0,5 a 1,55 em peso para a obtenção de uma mistura de borato e/ou borato-alumina e detergente ativo sob temperatura de 25<198>C a 95<198>C. água e outros detergentes ativos, conforme o desejado, são adicionados e o produto é convertido em uma barra que compreende 5 a 70% de detergente ativo, 0,5 a 30% em peso de borato ou borato-alumina e 5 a 55% de água e outros ingredientes opcionais. As barras retêm a umidade, estruturam a umidade e não se contraem durante a armazenagem.
