Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA RECUPERAR PELO MENOS 70% DAS MICROESFERAS DE VIDRO OCAS". Processo para recuperar pelo menos 70% das microesferas de vidro ocas, tendo um diâmetro médio, de acordo com a ASTM D1214-1989, variando de 5 a 200 gm, contidas em uma mistura de lama e aparas de perfuração, que compreende: a) peneirar, se necessário a mistura através de uma ou mais peneiras de malha 5 a 20; b) alimentar a mistura peneirada em um ou mais ciclones e/ou hidrociclones dispostos em série, cada um dos quais sendo alimentado com uma taxa de fluxo volumétrica de 1,5 a 10 vezes mais elevada do que o valor operacional nominal máximo.
