Abstract

"RECUPERAçãO DE DADOS RELACIONADOS COM UM CENTRO TELEFôNICO". Recentemente, os provedores de serviços de comunicações se tornaram capazes de oferecer a grandes empresas comerciais a capacidade de partilhar a operação do centro telefônico entre os centros telefônicos múltiplos geograficamente dispersos. Em particular, foram desenvolvidas tecnologias de manipulação de chamadas residentes em redes, para realizar parte da manipulação e enfileiramento de cada ligação introduzida dentro da rede de comunicações, isto é, antes que a chamada seja encaminhada para um ACD em um centro telefônico particular. No entanto, por transferência de uma parte das operações do centro telefônico para um sistema de roteamento de chamada com base em rede, os centros telefônicos não são mais capazes de manter um controle direto nelas e são geralmente incapazes de acessar diretamente as informações, tais como estatística, sobre as chamadas na rede ou em outros centros telefônicos.
