Abstract
"PLATAFORMA FLUTUANTE PARA PERFURAçãO OU PRODUçãO DE HIDROCARBONETOS EM ALTO-MAR". Plataforma flutuante para perfuração ou produção de hidrocarbonetos em alto-mar que compreende uma superestrutura com equipamento para perfuração e/ou produção (8), e uma subestrutura que compreende um pontão inferior (3) e colunas (4) que fazem a ligação do pontão (3) com a superestrutura (1). Durante a sua operação a plataforma fica exposta a forças de ondas (9) que causam movimento de elevação e abaixamento (v) e movimentos de rolamento e arfagem (p) na plataforma. A subestrutura possui um calado (11) que é de pelo menos 40 metros, sendo de preferência de pelo menos 50 metros e do modo mais preferido de pelo menos 60 metros, e a relação entre a distância (16) entre os eixos centrais das colunas (25), medida ao longo de um lado da subestrutura, e o calado da subestrutura (11) se acha entre 1,0 e 1,5, sendo de preferência entre 1,2 e 1,4 e do modo mais preferido entre 1,3 e 1,35."FLOATING PLATFORM FOR DRILLING OR PRODUCTION OF OFFshore HYDROCARBONS".
