A invenção refere-se a um dispositivo para a aplicação localizada de frio durante um tratamento traumático da pele, caracterizado em que ele compreende, pelo menos, um alojamento de suporte portátil (20) provido com uma ponteira de aplicação (24) e meios para gerar frigorias na referida ponteira.
