Abstract

"BANDEJA DE MOSTRUáRIO DE ESCOVA DE DENTE, E, PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR A MESMA". A presente bandeja de mostruário de escova de dente (10) provê um meio de exibir escovas de dente em uma orientação horizontal em um arranjo vertical empilhado. A bandeja de mostruário compreende uma camada plástica (66) com uma pluralidade de recessos (52, 54, 56, 58, 60, 62). Uma escova de dente (18, 20, 22, 24, 26, 28) é retida em cada recesso e uma folha de material (64) se sobrepõe à camada plástica e fecha os recessos de retenção de escovas de dente. Há uma série de perfurações, serrilhas e/ou cortes (30, 32, 34, 36, 38, 40) em torno de cada escova de dente embalada, de tal modo que cada escova de dente embalada pode ser removida individualmente. A bandeja de mostruário pode também possuir uma seção de informação acima da seção de produto. A bandeja de mostruário é feita formando uma pluralidade de recessos, cada um para reter uma escova de dente. Cada recesso é preenchido com uma escova de dente e uma folha de material sobreposta na camada plástica e unida à camada plástica. Simultaneamente ou subseq³entemente à união, as perfurações são formadas em torno de cada escova de dente, para formar embalagens de escovas de dente individuais que são mantidas na bandeja de mostruário até serem removidas quebrando as perfurações, serrilhas e/ou cortes em torno de uma embalagem de escova de dente.
