Abstract

"LIMPADOR DE TUBOS SUBMARINOS". Um limpador de tubos múltiplos (16) é montado acima de uma linha de fluxo submarina (10) a qual tem uma ramificação (12) presa a uma válvula de saída (14). Uma passagem (18) dentro do limpador de tubos (16) está em comunicação de fluido com a válvula de saída (14) para lançar os tubos (28) e assim liberar a linha de fluxo de detritos. Uma fonte de suprimento de pressão (24) controlada pela válvula (26) supre ar em alta pressão para impelir o tubo (28) através da linha de fluxo (10) para um detector de tubos (52). Múltiplos tubos (28, 30, 32, 34, 36) são carregados em um receptáculo vertical (38) e estão conectados em série por uma espinha comum (44), a qual corre através de todos os tubos. O receptáculo de tubos (38) está montado sobre o limpador de tubos (16) via uma tampa superior (46) que tem um conector (48).
