Abstract
"CONTROLE DE POçOS DE HIDROCARBONETOS". Poços submarinos modernos utilizam um sistema de controle eletro-hidráulico que distribui força hidráulica para diversos componentes de controle, dependendo de sinais de controle recebidos. A montagem e interconexão dos componentes de controle tendem a ser complicadas. A invenção oferece um coletor que consiste em um primeiro corpo de coletor (6) que tem um grande número de orifícios e passagens de fluxos entre si. O corpo de coletor é seletivamente configurável mediante a seleção de orifícios predeterminados, a fim de obter a configuração desejada das passagens de fluxo entre os dispositivos de controle (1, 2, 13, 4). Modern subsea wells use an electro-hydraulic control system that distributes hydraulic power to several control components, depending on control signals received. The collector body is selectively configurable by selecting predetermined orifices, in order to obtain the desired configuration of the flow passages between the control devices (1, 2, 13, 4). The manifold simplifies the interconnection of hydraulic components and offers greater flexibility in locating components. Preferably, the collector body also provides a platform for mounting the control devices.
