"PELOTAS DE MINéRIO DE FERRO COM REDUçãO DA ABRASãO, COLAGEM, DEGRADAçãO E EMISSãO DE POEIRA, E PROCESSO DE SUA FABRICAçãO". As pelotas de minério de ferro são produzidas por processo no qual o minério de ferro é misturado com os aditivos necessários para adequar a composição química desejada, sendo, a seguir, pelotizado em discos rotativos; os elementos resultante são pelotas formadas que são transportadas para um forno de grelha móvel, onde passam por um processo de queima, recebendo então adição de mistura de hidrocarbonetos saturados parafínicos com baixos percentuais, parafinas de petróleo - estruturas compostas de carbono e hidrogênio, com ligações simples entre átomos de carbono - para se tornar resistentes à abrasão, colagem, degradação e emissão de poeira."IRON ORE PELLETS WITH ABRASION REDUCTION, COLLAGE, DEGRADATION AND DUST EMISSION, AND THE MANUFACTURING PROCESS". Iron ore pellets are produced by a process in which iron ore is mixed with the necessary additives to suit the desired chemical composition, and is then pelletized on rotating discs; the resulting elements are formed pellets that are transported to a mobile grate furnace where they undergo a firing process, and then a low percentage paraffinic saturated hydrocarbon mixture is added, petroleum paraffins - carbon and hydrogen composite structures with bonded between carbon atoms - to be resistant to abrasion, bonding, degradation and dust emission.
