"PROCESSO DE DEPOSIçãO DE FILME DE CARBONO AMORFO HIDROGENADO, FILME DE CARBONO AMORFO HIDROGENADO E ARTIGO REVESTIDO COM FILME DE CARBONO AMORFO HIDROGENADO". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo aperfeiçoado de deposição de um filme de carbono amorfo hidrogenado, mais especificamente a um processo aperfeiçoado de espirramento catódico de baixa temperatura, baixa potência e baixo vácuo. Refere-se ainda a invenção ao filme obtido por tal processo e artigos contendo revestimento de filme de carbono amorfo hidrogenado.
