A presente invenção refere-se a um inovador instrumento portátil e descartável, destinado a coletar e a dispor o material no interior de saco de plástico, ao mesmo tempo que protege as mãos do usuário contra o contato acidental com o material. O instrumento compreende uma pá (1), cujo cabo (12) e laterais (13) são dobráveis contra a concha (11), sendo que o fundo do saco (2) é solidário ao cabo da pá (12) e sendo o saco (2) enrolado em torno da pá dobrada (1), formando um pequeno volume portátil que pode ser transportado no interior de bolsas ou em bolso da roupa do usuário. O saco (2), opcionalmente, pode apresentar um fio (21) que contorna a sua abertura e que ao sofrer um pequeno esforço de tração franze a lâmina dessa região do saco resultando no seu fechamento.
