Abstract

"APERFEIçOAMENTOS INTRODUZIDOS EM SISTEMA E EQUIPAMENTO UTILIZADO PARA ARMAZENAGEM BLOCADA DE CARGAS UNITIZADAS COM SELEçãO AUTOMáTICA TOTAL". Segundo a presente invenção os aperfeiçoamentos introduzidos visam, principalmente, tratar de um sistema e equipamento utilizado para armazenagem blocada de cargas unitizadas com seleção automática total, mais particularmente trata de aperfeiçoamentos praticados no sistema e no equipamento utilizado no processo de armazenagem de alta densidade, ou seja, do tipo indicado para carga, descarga e seleção individual das unidades de cargas dispostas sobre paletes, caixas, caçambas, entre outros tipos de containeres; dito sistema e equipamento permite a otimização máxima do espaço interno ou externo dos estabelecimentos em geral, ou seja, permite a disposição de um número máximo de estruturas blocadas de armazenagem (2) acompanhadas de um reduzido número de ruas (R) ou corredores; ditas estruturas blocadas (2) são passíveis de estocar o máximo de cargas (C) unitizadas em paletes (P) ou similar que são, automaticamente, selecionadas, movimentadas e armazenadas nas estruturas blocadas (2) ou em gavetas temporárias (3) situadas em pelo menos um equipamento denominado plataforma de movimentação (4), a qual, por sua vez, transporta e serve de base de lançamento (5), giro e posicionamento de um veículo automatizado (6) comandado por controle remoto."IMPROVEMENTS INTRODUCED IN SYSTEM AND EQUIPMENT USED FOR LOCKED STORAGE OF UNITIZED LOADS WITH TOTAL AUTOMATIC SELECTION". According to the present invention, the improvements introduced aim mainly at dealing with a system and equipment used for blocked storage of unitized loads with full automatic selection, more particularly it deals with improvements practiced in the system and the equipment used in the high density storage process, or that is, the type indicated for loading, unloading and individual selection of cargo units arranged on pallets, boxes, buckets, among other types of containers; said system and equipment allows the maximum optimization of the internal or external space of establishments in general, that is, it allows the provision of a maximum number of blocked storage structures (2) accompanied by a reduced number of streets (R) or corridors; said blocked structures (2) are capable of storing the maximum loads (C) unitized on pallets (P) or similar that are automatically selected, moved and stored in the blocked structures (2) or in temporary drawers (3) located in at least one equipment called a movement platform (4), which, in turn, transports and serves as the launching base (5), turning and positioning of an automated vehicle (6) controlled by remote control.
