A presente invenção refere-sea um método para a redução de bandagem induzida por satélitesem uma impressora de jato de tinta. O método compreendendo asetapas de determinação de temperatura de tinta ajustada para atinta interior de um cabeçote de impressão; o ajuste de uma sériede pré-pulsos para aquecer a tinta; transferência de tinta aquecidade acordo com a referida série de pré-pulsos.
