"REVESTIMENTO DE TAMBOR DE TRANSPORTADOR DE CORREIA EM TIRA DE BORRACHA E PASTILHA DE MATERIAL CERâMICO". Refere-se a presente patente ao material para revestimento antiabrasívo e antiderrapante para tambores de transportador de correia. Este material é composto de tiras de borracha vulcanizada com pastilha de material cerâmico. O revestimento de tambor de transportador de correia em tiras de borracha e pastilha de material cerâmico poderá ser melhor compreendido através da descrição detalhada, em consonância com as figuras em anexo onde: A FIGURA 1 representa a elevação, com o corte AA da tira. A FIGURA 2 representa a vista de planta da tira A FIGURA 3 representa a vista lateral, com o corte BB da tira. Com referência a estas figuras pode-se observar a parte de borracha (1) com as pastilhas de material cerâmico no detalhe (2) nela incrustadas. A pastilha de material cerâmico aplicada a tira de borracha pode ser lisa (FIGURA 4), quando a finalidade do revestimento com tira de borracha e pastilha de material cerâmico é exclusivamente para a proteção antiabrasíva, e a pastilha de material cerâmico pode ser corrugada (FIGURA 5) quando a finalidade do revestimento é para a proteção antiabrasíva e também antiderrapante."DRUM BELT CONTAINER IN RUBBER STRIP AND CERAMIC MATERIAL PASTILLE".
