"PROCEDIMENTO DE EMBALAGEM E MáQUINA PARA A REALIZAçãO DO PROCEDIMENTO". Mantendo o palete (1) estacionário, o procedimento de embalagem é essencialmente caracterizado pelo fato de se submeter o carretel (2) alimentando o filme de embalagem a um movimento em torno do referido palete (1), de forma retangular, pelo que em cada ciclo ou volta do carretel (2) quatro segmentos de deslocamento retilíneo são definidos, relacionados um ao outro através de inflexões ortogonais, pelo que a pressão do filme é mantida constante através de todo o procedimento de embalagem, desta forma evitando o risco do mesmo ser rasgado. Para esta finalidade, o carretel (2) é montado sobre um dispositivo de cabeçote (4) em associação diretamente ou indiretamente com a extremidade livre (8) de um braço múltiplo e articulado (7) de um robó (6) com um programa de operação desenvolvido para os movimentos acima mencionados, em uma tal maneira que a natureza estacionária do palete (1) durante a embalagem impede que a carga caia para fora do palete, o movimento especial do carretel (2) em torno do palete e sua carga impedindo o rasgamento do filme plástico, e o peso reduzido do dispositivo de cabeçote (4) e seus acessórios limitando consideravelmente a inércia da máquina."PACKING PROCEDURE AND MACHINE FOR CARRYING OUT THE PROCEDURE".
