"MéTODO PARA A DETERMINAçãO DA PRESSãO DE INìCIO DA PRECIPITAçãO DE ASFALTENO NO FLUIDO DE FORMAçãO; E EQUIPAMENTO DE FURO DE POçO PARA A DETERMINAçãO DA PRESSãO DE INìCIO DA PRECIPITAçãO DE ASFALTENO EM UM FLUIDO OBTIDO A PARTIR DE UMA FORMAçãO". é proporcionado um processo para a determinação da pressão de início da precipitação de asfalteno no fluido da formação. In one embodiment, the process includes the steps of: (a) isolating a sample along the formation fluid hole; (b) illuminate the sample with UV light; (c) measure the optical energy emanating from the sample; (d) reducing the pressure on the sample; (e) repeat steps from (b) to (d); and (f) adjust the start pressure of asphaltene precipitation equal to the pressure on the sample when an abrupt change in optical energy is detected. An optical analyzer along the hole includes a UV lamp; a piston adapted to decrease fluid pressure in an optical cell region by increasing the volume of an isolated sample of the formation fluid; and a pressure sensor for sensing the pressure of the isolated sample.
