Abstract

"REVESTIMENTOS DE NANO-ESTRUTURA". São revelados um produto de película fina possuindo uma superfície nano-estruturada, um produto laminado incluindo a película fina e um substrato temporário oposto à superfície nano-estruturada, um produto laminado incluindo a película fina e um substrato final anexado à superfície nano-estruturada, além de um processo para produção de produtos de película fina. A película fina é especificamente útil na indústria eletrónica para produção de circuitos integrados, tela de toque, visor de painel plano, painéis de circuito impresso e blindagem EMF. A superfície nano-estruturada inclui características de superfície que são, em sua maior parte, menores do que um mícron, enquanto a porção densa da película fina está entre 10-200 mm. A película fina é produzida por revestimento de um substrato temporário (tal como uma folha de alumínio) com um material de revestimento (tal como cobre) usando qualquer processo. Um tal processo é concentrado na deposição de calor ou um processo de combustão de deposição de vapor químico. A película fina resultante provê um alto nível de adesão ao substrato final, por embutir as nano-estruturas no material de substrato final (tal como resina epóxi). A superfície da película adjacente ao substrato temporário, substancialmente, conforma-se à superfície do substrato e possui uma resistência ao descascamento relativamente baixa.
