"EXTRATO DE CAFé E PROCESSO PARA OFERECER VARIEDADES E CONCENTRAçõES PERSONALIZADAS DE CAFé FEITO NA HORA". Processo aperfeiçoado para fornecer uma bebida de café infundida fresca individualmente personalizada pedida na hora por um consumidor, em uma ampla gama de variedade e concentração. O referido processo de infusão é útil para fazer quantidades relativamente grandes de bebidas de café infundidas frescas (em particular personalizadas de acordo com a variedade, corpo, caráter e/ou concentração desejados) escolhidas por múltiplos consumidores individuais imediatamente antes de seu consumo. Said brewing process is useful for making relatively large quantities of fresh brewed coffee drinks (in particular customized according to the desired variety, body, character and / or concentration) chosen by multiple individual consumers immediately before consumption. This process is easy to be used by the consumer or someone else (that is, the waiters in a restaurant) to obtain the personalized drink. In addition, equipment maintenance requires only little personal attention from the equipment owner / operator. Such an infusion process apparatus that is particularly useful for providing coffee according to the consumer's choice, but in large commercial or institutional quantities. The "time-consuming dilution" of a concentrated extract is used to provide a beverage infusion system that immediately provides (at the consumer's choice) selective dilution (based on the consumer's choice) of a fresh brewed coffee extract after the extract have been infused and kept as an extract before dilution.
