Processo de aplicação sobre um instrumento canalar (2) denominado "condensador", comportando uma hélice e disposto sobre uma peça de mão (3), de um produto de obturação (1) do tipo guta-percha ou outro, apresentando-se sob a forma de uma pasta, destinada a ser introduzida em um canal dentário com o auxílio desse instrumento canalar (2). O produto de obturação (1) apresenta-se sob a forma de pelo menos uma dose (4) disposta cada uma em um cartucho (5), cada dose (4) correspondendo sensivelmente à quantidade necessária para o tratamento e a obturação de um só canal, o instrumento canalar (2) sendo mergulhado, em rotação ou na parada, em um desses cartuchos (5) que comportam uma dose (4) de produto de obturação (1), a fim de coletar sobre suas paredes a quantidade de produto de obturação exatamente necessária.
