São proporcionadas tiras de batata frita à base de milho e um processo de preparação relacionado à estas, onde as tiras são produzidas a partir de uma massa de farinha à base de milho. The strips of corn dough formed and cut can be pre-fried in hot oil, and then frozen. The finished corn strips have a corn appetizer flavor in combination with a texture defined by a crinkled outer surface encasing a moist, dough-lined interior.
