Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA INJEçãO DE ADITIVO DENSO EM POçOS DE PERFURAçãO E COMPOSIçãO PARA TAL". A presente invenção revela processa e composição de aditivos aperfeiçoados para uso no controle de perda de circulação, de perda de fluido e/ou de perda de percolação de fluido de perfuração durante operações de perfuração. The present invention discloses improved additive processes and composition for use in controlling loss of circulation, loss of fluid and / or loss of percolation of drilling fluid during drilling operations. In particular, the additive is formed such that the additive can be incorporated into the drilling fluid at a much faster rate than pulverized or ground additives of similar components. A dense additive is created from loss of circulation and percolation control material for use in drilling operations. The steps in creating this dense additive include grinding the loss of circulation and percolation control material to produce a small particle size and applying pressure to the loss of circulation and percolation control material, such that it becomes dense and be forced through openings creating a dense pelletized additive. The heating of the control material for loss of circulation and percolation, which can release oils or other binder components, is a typical by-product of the process of forcing the ground product through the openings.
