Abstract

"VACINA POLIVALENTE ANTIVìRUS DA DENGUE". A presente invenção formula composições de vacina de virus atenuado da dengue. Mais especificamente, o virus atenuado é produzido pela acomodação em sério nas células PDK. A invenção também formula métodos para estimular o sistema imunológico do indivíduo a fim de induzir proteção contra os todos os quatro sorotipos de vírus da dengue através da administração de virus atenuados dengue-1, dengue-2, dengue-3 e dengue-4.
