Abstract

"MéTODO PARA TRANSFERIR OS PACOTES DE DADOS NA DIREçãO ASCENDENTE DA ESTAçãO MóVEL PARA O SISTEMA, ESTAçãO MóVEL CONECTADA COM O SISTEMA CELULAR, E, SISTEMA CELULAR". A invenção relaciona a um método e a um dispositivo para gerenciar à transferência do pacote de dados no sistema celular. A invenção é vantajosamente aplicada nos sistemas baseados em WCDMA (Acesso Múltiplo por Divisão de Código de Banda Larga) tal como, o Sistema Universal de Telecomunicações Móveis, UMTS. Uma idéia da invenção é que a decisão sobre o canal a ser usado para transferir o pacote de dados, é feita baseado no parâmetro de seleção do canal e o valor dos parâmetros necessários na decisão realização são enviados para a estação móvel (630). Os parâmetros são vantajosamente enviados no canal comum, tal como o CR ou CAED. Os parâmetros enviados vantajosamente incluem o tamanho máximo do pacote no CAA, a carga atual CAA, o valor limiar para a quantidade de dados nos buffers CER, e etc. Os parâmetros podem ser definidos de forma a concernir todas as estações móveis, um sub-grupo das estações móveis ou uma estação móvel na área na qual os parâmetros são enviados. The invention relates to a method and a device for managing the transfer of the data packet in the cellular system. The invention is advantageously applied in systems based on WCDMA (Multiple Access by Division of Broadband Code) such as the Universal Mobile Telecommunications System, UMTS. An idea of the invention is that the decision on the channel to be used to transfer the data packet, is made based on the channel selection parameter and the value of the necessary parameters in the realization decision are sent to the mobile station (630). The parameters are advantageously sent on the common channel, such as the CR or CAED. The parameters sent advantageously include the maximum packet size in the CAA, the current CAA load, the threshold value for the amount of data in the CER buffers, and so on. The parameters can be defined in a way that concerns all mobile stations, a subgroup of mobile stations or a mobile station in the area in which the parameters are sent. The invention minimizes the transfer of the load capacity associated with signaling and the transfer of the data package can be performed with the minimum delays caused by signaling.
